Shipping Policy:
Coco-luxe Confections wants to ensure your packages arrive in perfect shape. We use special materials for packing our products to prevent damage during transit.
Warm weather shipping is in effect - Fresh chocolate melts easily, so we are only currently shipping overnight or two-day.
We now ship to Canada!
Throughout the cooler months (October 15 to April 30)we can ship via ground to reduce the costs of shipping but for the warmer months (May 1 to October 14) we ship via second day and next day air only. Once you receive your chocolates you should consume them within three weeks for maximum enjoyment! Shipping rates for the U.S., charged per address, are estimated below :

More shipping info you need to know:
Orders need to be placed by 1pm PST to be processed the same day. We ship orders Monday – Wednesday, orders placed after 1pm will be shipped on the next available ship day.
Return Policy:
Chocolate is perishable and does melt. Coco-luxe Confections takes great care in packaging and shipping our products so they get to you properly. Coco-luxe Confections is not responsible for products:
Damaged or melted after the first delivery attempt
Returned due to a wrong address
Returned as undeliverable
