hot cocoa ideas

Its been warm in the city lately but as usual we have our foggy days  and that’s when a nice cup-o hot cocoa is perfect!  So I was thinking about this the other day and decided I want to take a stab at expanding our hot cocoa flavors (like I did with our frozen mousses).  I spent the last week in the kitchen tinkering around with various flavors and I think two are ready.  One is actually delicious chilled, green tea honey  ‘latte’;  the other is  gingerbread hot cocoa, very soothing for chilly foggy days!  I am going to be introducing them to the store this week.
